What Makes HEAT Hoops AAU Unique? 

• We encourage development of both the physical and mental sides of the game. Playing for our club means you need to be an active thinker and contributor to team play. 

• We focus on giving positive energy (this goes for parents too!) and strive to help grow mentally tough and resilient players.

• We do not believe in players being "basketball players only" unless they choose to be. We encourage multi-sport athletes and strive to be flexible with their other commitments.

• We stress skill development and fundamentals all the way through our age groups. We believe players are always learning and have unlimited potential for future growth. 

• We offer a high-quality AAU option without hours of travel, with practices mostly located in the Newtown, PA area.

• Our college exposure teams have attended and will attend national events in Chicago, Louisville, Phoenix, Atlanta, Spooky Nook, Baltimore, Boston, Orlando, Washington, DC and more. 

• Our high school teams have their games videotaped, and we provide extensive personalized support for those players interested in pursuing college recruitment. 

• We have some paid coaches, while others are unpaid volunteers. We require all of our coaches to have strong backgrounds of playing and/or coaching, and a love of teaching the game.
